CHANGE STARTS WITH ME

 

 

Change is the only permanent in this world. Nothing is impossible.

I want to change. Change for the better. Showing high regard for authority, other people, self and country. To understand that all people have value. Listening without interrupting. Showing understanding of others by treating them with kindness, compassion, generosity . Feeling interest or concern for others.

Failures are part of our life. If you don’t fail you don’t learn, if you don’t learn, youll never change. The past is my lesson. The present is my gift and the future is my motivation.

 

 

 

REFLECTION

 

How fast time goes by? This is now my last reflection.

During our discussion I am just sitting, talking, chatting with my seatmates and friends. Simply I am not listening while our practice teacher is teaching.  I am just observing or looking what my classmates are doing in our activities. But in these grading, I have learned many things. Like the ADOBE PHOTOSHOP. This is not new to me, but I’ve already forgot on how to use it. But for the help of our practice teacher and our subject teacher they  gave me knowledge and teach us on how to used it.

My dream my future

 

All of  us has a dream in life.

 I have a dreams. And I will do whatever it takes to achieve it. College is my first step to achieve my dreams. You only live once. In my childhood my teacher asked me "anea kayat mo pagbalinan nu dumakkel ka?" and I said maam  I want to become a nurse someday. And to tell you, my dream today as a senior student is to become a doctor. Dreams to have a happy family in the future and have a lots of money. But my first goal is to get my diploma, and to graduate because this will be the key to fullfill and to achieve my dreams in life. They say DREAMS  DO COME TRUE. And I hope my dreams will not just be a dream.

  Problems are not reason to give up but a challenge to improve ourselves, not an excuse to back out, but an inspiration to move forward.

KANNAWIDAN FESTIVAL

 Kannawidan festival was also an occasion to strengthen the Ilocano culture, recognize Ilocos Sur’s sons and daughters who brought honor to their province, celebrate abundant harvest or just to celebrate the Ilocano spirit that continues to drive locals to boost their home province.

Every January 29 – February 3, we are celebrating the KANNAWIDAN YLOCOS FESTIVAL. In these festival, the Ilocano showcase cultural shows, native products and different talents. To carve young talents in the field of arts, an array of talent competitions gathered the youth from choral, marching bands, traditional street dancing, traditional music ensemble , dance drama, traditional folk dancing , painting, design making and photo exhibits. Tradition was also found in the culinary treats that residents prepared including delicacies that Ilocos Sur is known for. Residents displayed products under the One-Town-One-Product (OTOP). There were also many celebrity guests from different station.

NEW YEAR NEW ME

 

New Year is the time at which a new calendar year begins and the calendar's year count is incremented.  New year,  New life? Its too cliche. New hair? New lovelife?  Its either on you, if what you want to change to your life or to yourself.

New years resolution?  I don’t have any new years resolution. For me everytime, every day, every minute you can change, We can change. Change for the better not for the worst. Change is the only permanent in this world.

Every single year, all of us, were different person. I don’t think were the same person all our lives. Because in every single day, we are different. Different in action, different attitude.  

 

 

Climate change

 

The Philippines is now suffering climate change. God created beautiful nature but we the humans destroying it. This caused by human activities just like burning of fossil fuels. Because of that many typhoons or calamities came. Many places were affected, many people died just like the typhoon Yolanda. Some is suffering sickness.

 We should do an action to save mother earth. If people changed, climate also change. Because nothing is permanent.

Every woman, child, deserves equal rights, equal opportunities,equal dignity without any discrimination. EVENTHOUGH, we are rich or poor, pretty or not, boy or girl, we are all god creatures.

God created us equal. We know that God created only man and woman, no lesbian, no gays. But they are also humans just like us that should be respected. Whether you are a girl or boy, you have the right to do whatever you want.We should have GENDER EQUALITY
